DFW Angels Investors

We are currently seeking new Angel investors interested in investing in rapidly growing ventures in the Dallas-Fort Worth community.

To qualify to become a DFW Angels member, investors must satisfy the following conditions:

• Pay the initiation fee of $500 (for both TiE Dallas Charter Members and Non-Charter Members)
• Agree to invest at least $5,000 per year
• All TDA members, whether a Charter Member or not, must be accredited as defined under SEC regulations Rule 501
• All members are required to fill out the Investor Questionnaire and Membership Agreement A pdf copy of the Membership Agreement can be found here
• Members must abide by our Code of Conduct and are expected to be active participants in the group’s activities.
• Be aware TDA is managed by its members for the benefit of its members and the entrepreneurs we invest in.
